MATHEMATICAL PROGNOSIS OF DISTANT OUTCOMES OF BRONCHIAL OBSTRUCTIVE
SYNDROME AT BABIES

The aim of the research was secretion of group of high risk for
development of bronchial asthma (BA) for babies of first three years of
life, which was confirmed by conclusive medicine. There was lead
multifactorial analyze of result of 232 investigated children who have had
first appearance of bronchial obstructive syndrome (BOS) during first three
years of live and 420 children with bronchial asthma (BA). The clinical
monitoring have consisted of 1-10 years. Receiving data was used as
learning choice. Researching of this choice gave us an opportunity to
construct conclusive function (mathematical model) and allot from the total
information most informative factors that help in transformation of BOS to
BA (probability is 0,87). Using results of distant kathamnesis
investigations of children with BOS and theoretic constructed conclusive
rule
mathematical
constructions were lead. Ranging of informative factors to 3 classes
according to sign of probability of transformation BOS to BA allow us to
produce the algorithm that supply quiet confident prognosis of distant BOS
issues.
