THE CHILDREN IDIOPATHIC SMALL VESSEL VASCULITIS AND RAPIDLY PROGRESSIVE GLOMERULONEPHRITIS

Objective: We analyzed the clinical and Pathological characteristics of One Patient with idiopathic RPGN and ANCA-related vasculitis.

Methods: Clinical and pathological data from the Patient with idiopathic rapidly progressive glomerulonephritis and ANCA-related Vasculitis was collected and further analyzed.

Results: One patient with idiopathic RPGN was positive for anti-Neutrophil cytoplasmic autoantibodies (ANCA), She showed P-ANCA by indirect immunofluorescence technique. She had fever, Weightloss, anemia, caugh and hemoptysis. The Patient had a positive CRP, and accelerated ESR (��150mm/h), Typical Pathological findings were diffuse crescents formation. The renal functions of the patient was obviously improved by immunosuppressive therapy.

Conclusion: The results suggested that the Children primary Vasculitis is one of Courses of RPGN.
