Objective:
To probe the nosocomial infectious risk factors of acute leukemia in
children.
Methods:
306 acute leukemia patients, 87 with nsocomial infection while 219 without,
is our objects. We analysed the data retrospectively with single factor X2
test, t-test and multifactor logistie-regression.
Results:
The incidence of nosocomial infection is 28.43%(87/3056), mainly
respiratory tract and oral infection. Length of inward time, while blood
cell count, neutrophd and platelet count is the independent risk factor of
nosocomial infection.
Conclusion:
Length of inward time, while blood cell count. neutrophd and platelet count
is the independent risk factor of nosocomial infection.
