PENILE AGENESIS: A
CASE REPORT AND REVIEW OF THE LITERATURE

Penile agenesis is a
very rare congenital anomaly, occurring only once in 30 million births.
Approximately 75 cases have been reported on in the literature. We report
and discuss the case of neonate, suffering from penile agenesis, bilateral
duplication of kidneys and incomplete ureteral duplication, dysplasia of
kidney and rectovesical fistula with a full scrotum with 2 normal gonads. A
literature review was performed to discuss the classification, diagnosis
and management and of patients with penile agenesis.
