upper digestive tract hematorrhea.
Methods:
30 patients were treated with Lescol. First, 20-40mg Lescol in 0.9% saline
50-100ml inject intraverous within 30 minutes. Then, 0.4-0.6mg/kg, q12h,
using 72h continuously.
Results:
20 patients of them hematorrhea arrested within 24h and hemostatic
effectiveness was 66.7%, the other of them hematorrhea arrested within 48h
and hemostasic effectiveness was 100%.
Conclusion: The mean hemostasic time and abdominal pain remission rate of
lescol were higher than H2 receptor antagonist. The re-hemostatic
effectiveness and volume of transfusion were decreased. We have treated and
cared them, relived the abdominal pain and vomit, remitted stress of
patients. So we should spread this treatment.
