Administrated with Highdosage Methotrexatum+Clacium FoIinate chemotherapy
were randomly devided into two groups, the study group given CF orally and
the control group with CF inject muscle, then compare the Gastroenteric
side reaction in two groups.
Result: the side reaction in study group was less
than that of the Control group (p<0.05).
Conclusion: To alleviate the Gastroenteric side
reaction secondary to Methotrexatum, administration CF orally is a better
way than CF inject muscle.
