Objective: To study
the serum vitamin A concentration in children with rotaviral enteritis
Methods: Measure
the serum vitamin A concentration with hitach MPF-type4 microfluorescence
photometer.
Results: The
average concentration of serum vitamin A of patients with rotaviral
enteritis was 6.9033ug/d1 significantly lower than lowestlimitation of 20-90ug/d1 of control value.
Conclusions: The serum
vitamin A concentration is significantly declined in children with rotaviral enteritis supplement
of vitamin A is helpful for preventing and treating rotaviral enteritis.
