Objective: To analysis the genetic
susceptibility of HLA-DQA1 allele to anaphylactoid purpura in children Hans
inhabited in Inner Mongoila.
Methods: 70 children with AP and 90
normal children controls, all of which were confirmed to be no bolld
relation and orther rheumatological diseases or bachgroups in Hans
inhabited in Inner Mongolia native place were tested for HLA-DQA1 allelic
types analysis by PCR-SSP technique.
Results: Gene
frequency of HLA-DQA1*0301 in AP group (33.4%) was significantly higher
than that of control group (10.6%),and the difference had statistical
significance (X2=21.889,P<0.001<0.01,RR=5.03,EF=0.45),On the
contrast,HLA-DQA1*0302 allele frequency was markedly lower in AP group than
in the control group, the freguencies were 6.7% and 19% respectively, and difference had
statistical significance (X2=9.786,P=0.002<0.01,RR=0.28,PF=0.88).
Conclusions: The allele of
HLA-DQA1*0301 Probably was the susceptible gene of the children with AP in
Inner Mongolia Hans, while HLA-DQA1*0302 gene was the protective one.
