contamination of a stomach juice and clinic symptoms in children with
chronic gastritis Mazhitova Z,
Alibi E Kazakh State Medical University, Almaty, Kazakhstan Objective: The aim of our research was to study a
connection between degree of the microbial contamination of a gastric juice
and clinical symptoms in children with chronic gastritis. Methods: We had examined 122 children in age of
5-14 years old suffered of chronic gastritis. The gastric juice was a
research material. Results: the clinical picture of chronic gastritis
depends of the degree of microbial contamination of stomach juice. The more manifestation clinical symptoms � reduce
appetite (72,2 %), dyspepsia (48,6 %), intensive pain in the stomach (56,1
%), constipation (44,4 %) were at the hire degree of the microbial
contamination of gastric juice. One third part of children with middle
degree contamination of gastric juice had reduced appetite (43,6 %),
moderate (38,8 %) or weak (35,5%) pains syndromes. Conclusion:
The children which had minimal clinical symptoms had low degree of
microbial contamination of gastric juice.
