GIVE EMERGENCY TREATMENT TO BABIES IN EXHAUSTION OF BREATH WITH THE COMPATIBILITY OF NALOXONE HYDROCHLORIDE AND AMINOPHYLLINE INJECTION

Objective: Giving emergency treatment to babies who are in exhaustion of breath as soon as possible in order to raise the cure rate.

Methods: Treating 46 babies who were in exhaustion of breath with the medicine was combined Naloxone Hydrochloride Injection with Aminophylline Injection.

Results: Among 46 babies, 26 babies successfully, 57 per cent; 14 babies effectively, 30 per cent; 6 babies of no avail, 13 per cent; t=3.21, p<0.05. Conclusions: The compatibility of Naloxone Hydrochloride Injection and Aminophylline Injection could be fit for curing the patients who are breathing so exhaustingly that fheir cerebral angiography,heart and lung might be injured.
