THE EVALUATE OF DIFFERENT TREATMENT PROGRAM TO NEONATE-BREAST-MILK JAUNDICE

Objective: Observe the effect of treatment to neonate-breast-milked jaundice.

Methods: 48 breast-milked jaundice neonates were divided into 4 groups in randum, Simida and Yinchen Soup, Luminal and Nikethamide, Yinchen Soup and Light treatment, Additional formula milk and Light trentment group.

Results: The drop sape of bilirubin in the first group was much more marked than the others, p<0.05, which recover thince was the list. There was remarkable difference when compared with other groups, p<0.05.

Conclusion: Simida and Yinchen Soup united to treat neonate breast milked jaundice had the best result. Which could reduce the leveal of bilirubin rapidly, and shorten the treat tince obviously.
